Partnership for Progress 2026

1. Invitation-only and building access. I understand that Partnership for Progress is an invitation-only, internal Amazon event held in an Amazon office. Registration does not guarantee admission until confirmed by email. My name and the day(s) I am attending will be shared with building security, and I will bring government-issued photo ID that matches my registration. I will follow all instructions from Amazon security and event staff.

2. Photography, video and recording. I understand that sessions may be photographed, filmed or recorded, subject to Amazon approvals, for internal communications, an end-of-year impact video and report, and related materials. By attending, I consent to the use of my image, voice and likeness in these materials without compensation. If I prefer not to be photographed or filmed, I will tell event staff at check-in.

3. Confidential discussions. I understand that discussions are internal and closed to the public to encourage candid exchange. I will not record, livestream or publish session content, or attribute remarks to individual speakers, without the organizers' permission.

4. Assumption of risk and release. I attend voluntarily and at my own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Amazon, Amazon BEN NY Metro, their event partners and their respective employees, volunteers and representatives from liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from my attendance, except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct. I am responsible for my personal belongings.

5. Code of conduct. I will treat all attendees, speakers and staff with respect, and I understand that the organizers may ask anyone who behaves inappropriately to leave.

6. Use of my information. I understand that my registration information will be used to manage this event, including the security list, and, where I have given consent above, for follow-up about related opportunities. It will not be sold.

7. Program changes. I understand that the program, speakers and timings may change.
